| Description | The Chatham and Wallaceburg Access Bus is a personalized curb-to-curb transportation service * May be used for any purpose including employment, education, medical, personal, business or leisure activities * Scheduling preference is given based on the above order. Must be ready five minutes ahead of the scheduled pickup time as driver will not wait more than five minutes, trips are booked on a first come first served basis so passengers are encouraged to book appointments twenty four hours in advance and must give at least twenty four hours notice when cancelling an appointment | |||

| Eligibility | Male; Female; Adult; Senior; Permanent-frail, elderly or physically disabled who require service for an indefinite period of time or temporary-persons who are temporarily physically disabled because of illness or injury for a minimum of one month to a maximum of six months | |||
