DescriptionA program of Family Service Kent  
 
1.KIDS TEAM is the Access Mechanism for residential services for children/youth who live in the Chatham-Kent area. 
 
2. KIDS TEAM is the Access Mechanism for outpatient services through Child Parent Resource Institute. 
 
3.KIDS Team can provide short term funding to support a child's Community Service Plan. 
 
4. Service Coordination is provided once the child has been approved for service by the KIDS Team committee.
Hours8am to 4pm
EligibilityAges: 18 year(s) and under
Applicationreferral from any person involved with the child, youth or infant as long as consent is recieved by parent or legal guardian; self referral if youth is age twelve or older
