DescriptionCMHA-Lambton Kent exists for the achievement of mental health for all people of Chatham-Kent/Lambton County. Further, CMHA exists to build resilience, recovery and maximum function for people experiencing mental illness through direct service, education, prevention and advocacy. The Mental Health Services program provides intensive case management for individuals with a serious mental illness. The Promotion and Education Program provides education to all people of Chatham-Kent, focusing on the promotion of CMHA and mental health as well as the prevention of mental illness. 
The main programs of CMHA are: Mental Health Services, Trusteeship, People Working Together, Promotion and Education, and volunteer Services

Adults; seniors; persons with serous mental illness
ApplicationThere is a centralized access committee for referrals to Mental Health Services. Walk-in or call for more information or to access promotion and education services or bereavement resouces. Referrals may come from health care professionals, social service agencies, judicial system, self referral, family, friends. Waiting period varies.
