Description and Service Details
DescriptionCase management services, crisis services, vocational support, trusteeship program, court support services, housing support, preventative education program, geriatric services, early intervention and long acting injection clinic. 
 
The Access Committee provides a single point of access and initial assessment for community based adult (16 years and older) mental health. Referrals are accepted from all sources (i.e. self referral, family, friends, physicians, clergy, community service providers etc.).

16 years of age or older and coping with a mental illness, or if you are experiencing symptoms that may indicate a mental illness.
ApplicationThere is a centralized access committee for referrals to Mental Health Services. Walk-in or call for more information or to access promotion and education services or bereavement resouces. Referrals may come from health care professionals, social service agencies, judicial system, self referral, family, friends. Waiting period varies.
