DescriptionProvides referrals, legal advice, legal representation, Tennant Duty Counsel services, and public legal education and community outreach * Areas of Law include Tennant Rights, Ontario Works, Ontario Disability Support Program, Employment Insurance, Canada Pension Plan and CPP Disability, Disability Issues, Criminal Injuries Compensation Board, Wills & Powers of Attorney * Does not cover criminal, family, or property law Legal Advice is given by phone, appointment or on a walk-in basis; Legal Representation is offered to low-income residents of Chatham-Kent through eligibility requirements established ahead of time; Public Legal Education and Community Outreach is offered as well Part-time Satelite Offices include: Moravian of the Thames Band, Delaware Nation, Band Office RR 3 Thamesville last Fri/mth 2-4pm; Tilbury office located at the Tilbury Information and Help Centre located at 20 Queen St N in Tilbury last Fri/mth 9:30-11:30am
