| Description | To offer assistance in emergency situations in areas of food, clothing and furniture. To provide on-going assistance during difficult times in these areas. To assist clients in areas of budget and life skills. To provide hope to people in these difficult economic times. Main forms of assistance are: food; clothing and household items (linen; bedding; dishes; utensils; pots & pans); (essential furniture items) Beginning in March 2012, the food banks will be open on the following Tuesday nights 4 pm - 7 pm. The Ridgetown office (18 Main Street) will be open on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday. The Wallaceburg office (600 Lowe Ave) will be open the 2nd and 4th Tuesday. And the Chatham office (42 Harvey Street) will be open every Tuesday. | |||

| Eligibility | A Needs Assessment will be completed Clients are asked to bring in ID for each member. Proof of income is requested. Clients will be asked about expenses - receipts can be brought in to help with this process. Clients may access this service once every 30 days. | |||
