DescriptionTrained individuals respond on scene 24 hours a day to victims of crime or tragic circumstance. Response includes assessment, crisis intervention, emotional and practical support, follow-up support, information and referrals 
 
Emergency funding for counselling, emergency expenses and funeral expenses may be available through the Victim Quick Response Program to victims of violent crimes. 
 
Workshops: Basic & Advanced Critical Stress Management Training * Volunteers complete a comprehensive 40-hour Core Training Program *
HoursOffice Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm 
After hours crisis intervention can be arranged by calling 519-352-1234 and ask to speak with Victim Services 
EligibilityChildren under 16 years are eligible with parental or guardians permission
ApplicationEmergency page activation, self referral or referral from a community agency
