Description4-H Ontario offers summer programs. We are a youth organization that is run by volunteers who are police screened and trained by 4-H Ontario. The clubs we offer range from livestock-horse,dairy,beef,poultry,rabbit- to lifestyle skills-cooking,sewing,scrapbooking- to art, photography- Vetrinary Club, exchange club- going to SK this summer. You dont have to live on a farm to be in 4-H- provide leadership skills, communication skills, lots of opportunities including scholarships. 
Registration is in January, but clubs are starting different times of the year so its not too late. 2012 registration is $65 and you can join as many clubs as you would like to participate in. Clubs are usually 6 meetings of 2 hours in length, some clubs are 6 weeks in a row, some are spread over the summer with 1-2 meetings a month. We welcome new leaders-someone who enjoys youth and would like to become screened can contact us. 
Ages are 9-21 for regular 4-H Clubs and in January 2013 registration will be $70 and cloverbuds ages 6-8 will be a new project running.
