| Description | Employment services to unemployed people * may include labour market information, employment needs assessment, career planning, employment counselling, diagnostic assessment, job search skills, job finding clubs, job placement services, developing an employment action plan, referral to appropriate intervention, and participant case management and follow-up Information and referrals to Second Career Program for laid-off workers and the Ontario Self Employment Benefit Program (OSEB), which offers income and entrepreneurial support during the process of developing and launching a business | |||
