DescriptionLINC Assessment Centre -- Language Instruction for Newcomers to Canada (LINC) -- assessment of English language skills for settlement-based language training program * referral to community-based organization LINC programs for English as a second Language (ESL) classes * information and referral on settlement needs * funded by Canada Citizenship and Immigration

Language training program offered, at no cost, to eligible adult learners by the Government of Canada….. LINC offers both full- and part-time classes, and some centres offer free child minding while you attend classes. * English language class; child care and transportation available if eligible

EligibilityAges: 18 year(s) and up Assessment Centre -- Newcomers to Canada 18 years and over who are permanent residents or Convention refugees
