DescriptionSettlement Program (formerly Immigrant Settlement and Adaptation Program) -- orientation programs, language and skills training to help facilitate employment, and programs to welcome newcomers to the community * may provide needs and eligibility assessments, pre- and post-arrival information and referral, job search and employment counselling, assistance to establish social and professional networks to promote community engagement, and assistance to access a range of settlement services

Orientation Services:
Provides settlement assistance to New Canadians in need of housing, translation, employment, immigration services and more
Referrals to language training, employment services and other community services * information workshops and other topics provided regularly

Welcoming Communities :
Creating community connections for New Canadians through workshops, mentoring, and social/recreational activies
Cultural diversity training for employers and other interested groups
HoursMon-Fri: 8:30 am-4:30 pm
EligibilityLanded Immigrant, Permanent Resident, Convention Refugee or Ministers Permit status
