| Description | Prevention and early identification, education and treatment program for women who are pregnant, parenting and substance-involved and their children (prenatal to six years) Harm reduction approach * services include assessments and treatments, case management, stabilization services/ basic needs supports, individual and group counselling, child development assessments, parenting programs, prenatal support and service coordination for children * referrals to outside agencies and services are available Child minding is available for Heartspace clients at main office | |||
