DescriptionMental health centre offering services for people with a serious mental illness

Case Management - Intensive case management services to people with a serious mental illness

Community Mental Health Clinic - Prevention, stabilization, and treatment of mental disorders * consultation with psychiatrist available through Community Mental Health Clinic for people who do not have access to specialized service in the community

Crisis Outreach and Short Term Services Safebed Program - Provides 3 crisis beds for both men and women

Homelessness Initiative Rent Supplements - Safe, secure, supportive, affordable, permanent independent living accommodations for people with a serious mental illness

Prevention and Early Intervention Program for Psychoses (PEPP) - Program provides screening, assessment, treatment and follow-up to clients with first episode psychosis

Short Term Crisis Intervention - Telephone and/or mobile assistance to people who are experiencing a mental health crisis

Social Rehabilitation - Therapeutic recreation programs for people with serious mental illness * promotes participation through comprehensive psychosocial programming * provides opportunities for members to be involved in planning and operation of programs

Supportive Housing Program - Safe, secure, supportive, affordable, permanent independent living accommodations for people with a serious mental illness

Transitional Case Management (Forensic) - Transitional Case Manager facilitates and supports the transition of inpatients of forensic units through creating and supporting community placements
