DescriptionInformation and referral for housing and housing related issues * works with individuals to develop a housing support plan * assists in locating the units through various means * uses a housing database, to compile the relevant information, providing it in a manageable and condensed form

Housing Information Services- Requests for housing services are received on a walk in, call in or referral basis * all requests for services are directed to the housing information line at 519-434-9191, extension 301 * Additional resource information is available including local movers, storage, City of London programs, hoarding and bed bugs.

Housing Support Services- The Crisis Housing Services are available for individuals experiencing symptoms of acute crisis and/or housing crisis * requests for Housing Advocacy Support Services evaluated on an individual basis * Housing Advocacy Intake is initiated when the individual is requesting access to housing support needs within the program guidelines and resources

EligibilityAges: 16 year(s) and up 
 
Adults and youth 16 years and older with a serious mental illness
ApplicationIf due to service demand, one-to-one services are not available, efforts will be made to facilitate referral to the next appropriate service available. When no other suitable service is available, extended housing information will be offered.
