Family Psychoeducational Program - Eight week group for family and friends who are dealing with mental illness in someone who is close to them * some individual support provided

London Region Mood Disorders Self Help Group- meets every Wednesday evening from 7pm-9pm

London Shyness and Social Anxiety Support Group - Meets 7:15pm first and third Thursday of each month

Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) - meets on 2nd and 4th Monday of the month at 7 pm.

SAFE BC (Self Abuse Finally Ends) - meets every Tuesday afternoon 3-4:30pm

Survivors of Suicide (SOS) - for persons grieving the death of a loved one to suicide * peer support group * meets 7pm second Tuesday of the month * also eight week professionally facilitated group offered twice a year

Survivors of Suicide (SOS) - Professionally facilitated psycho-educational group for persons grieving the death of a loved one to suicide * call to ask for details regarding intake and the dates of the next meetings * peer support group that meets 7pm second Tuesday of the month
