Blood Pressure Clinic - Trained volunteers help clients measure their blood pressure and provide educational materials and information on how to be more heart-healthy

Congregate Dining - Provides a breakfast or lunch and educational entertainment for seniors or adults with disabilities

Crisis Intervention and Support - Short term assistance for clients in crisis

Home Help Program - Light housekeeping and errand service

Safety and Reassurance Programs - Provides isolated persons with a regular contact through daily checks from a volunteer

Vial of Life - Trained volunteers assist clients to complete medical information in a provided template, so it is accessible for emergency personnel, in the event of an emergency
