DescriptionCommunity health centre offering primary health care, counselling, health promotion and illness prevention programs and community support services

Assisted Living Program - Support staff provide personal care, medication assistance, light housekeeping, security checks and meal planning

Chiropody Services - Treats a wide variety of foot problems - including bio-medical assessments and provides foot and ankle orthopaedics

Clinical Dietitian Services - Provides nutritional information and education to individuals requiring assistance * diabetes education and support teams on staff * individual, couple or family sessions available for people with food and health related concerns

Community Engagement - One day community events to engage and build community capacity

Community Support Services for Seniors - Helps maintain independence, while the individual remains in their home and community, with various programs

Cooking Classes - Cooking lessons

East Elgin Diabetes Team - Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care funded Diabetes Education Program

Health Promotion and System Navigation Services - Provides individual and group sessions to promote health and to assist individuals in navigating the health system

Mental Health Services - Provides free confidential counselling for all ages * self-referrals are accepted * walk-in appointments are not available

Parenting Support - Parenting support and education classes offered on a rolling schedule

Primary Health Care Services - Provide primary health care services to community

Tutoring - One on one weekly tutoring sessions for children entering JK,SK and Grade 1
