DescriptionThis is a support service that provides isolated persons or those with Alzheimer Disease or other dementias, with regular contact to determine that they are not in crisis or at risk of harm

This service may be provided by a person visiting the home, or through a telephone call * a general security check includes a short telephone call at a scheduled day and time to check on the health and safety of the senior and disabled adult
HoursMon, Wed and Fri 8:30am-5pm * Tue and Thu 8:30am-9pm
