Baby Food Making - Teaches parents proper techniques for preparing, storing and serving baby food * program offered on demand

Beyond Baby Food - Learn how to transition babies from pureed foods to table foods *  recipes and teaching focused on safe introduction of various textures and recommended amounts * baby minding and sibling care available

Breast Feeding Support - Breast feeding support from a Registered Nurse through telephone or home visit * includes breast pump rentals

Grow with Baby (Well Baby Clinic) - Health-related questions answered by Registered Nurse and Registered Dietitian for families of young children from birth to 18 months * infants weighed and measured

Our Mom Show - Drop in session to chat and share for mothers

Prenatal Classes - Prenatal education classes

Wee Exercise - Infant exercise to help strengthen and promote stages of development
