Sign Language Classes - Offered in partnership with Fanshawe College * for course registration and information, contact Fanshawe College

Employment Services
- Career counselling and job search training * works with employers to secure accessibility in the workplace * referral to appropriate employment service or vocational training programs

CONNECT - Mental health counselling, including abuse, addictions, relationship breakdown, and legal advocacy for people who are deaf, oral deaf, deafened, and hard-of-hearing, and their families

Hearing Care Counselling - Communication and hearing health services to enable daily living activities * support in regards to coping with a hearing loss, communication strategies and appropriate devices * in-home visits available * priority is given to adults 55 years and older

General Support Services - Supportive counselling, special assistance, case management, and advocacy for people with a hearing loss * helps clients overcome life issues

Communication Devices Program - Consultation and sales of hearing and communication related assistive devices

Ontario Employment Services OEAS - Employment services to unemployed people * may include labour market information, employment needs assessment, career planning, employment counselling, diagnostic assessment, job search skills, job finding clubs, job placement services, developing an employment action plan, referral to appropriate intervention and participant case management and follow-up

Ontario Interpreter Services - Provides professional sign language interpreters * organizations and businesses are responsible for the cost of making their services accessible no matter who requests the interpretation service * advance booking preferred * emergency service available
