DescriptionSupports for people who are culturally deaf, oral deaf, deafened, and hard of hearing

Sign Language Classes - Offered in partnership with Fanshawe College * for course registration and information, contact Fanshawe College

Communication Devices Program - Consultation and sales of hearing and communication related assistive devices

Community Development - Provides assistance to clients in dealing with debt, budgeting, money management and addressing life events such as daycare issues, housing and applying for legal aid * assists clients in developing financial stability through support in applying for government assistance programs

CONNECT - Mental health counselling including abuse, addictions, relationship breakdown and legal advocacy to those who are deaf, oral deaf, deafened and hard of hearing and their families

Employment Services - Career Counselling and job search training * works with employers to secure workplace accessibility

General Support Services - Supportive counselling, special assistance, case management and advocacy for people with hearing loss * provides assistance working with government services and helps clients overcome life issues

Hearing Care Counselling - Communication and hearing health services to help people 55 and older with an acquired hearing loss in carrying out daily living activities

Literacy Instruction for Newcomers to Canada (LINC) - Provides American Sign Language (ASL) and English instruction to culturally Deaf, oral deaf, deafened and hard of hearing adult newcomers to Canada * teaches daily life skills to help newcomers adapt to living in Canada

Ontario Employment Services OEAS - Employment services to unemployed people * may include labour market information, employment needs assessment, career planning, employment counselling, diagnostic assessment, job search skills, job finding clubs, job placement services, developing an employment action plan, referral to appropriate intervention and participant case management and follow-up

Ontario Interpreter Services - Provides professional sign language interpreters * organizations and businesses are responsible for the cost of making their services accessible no matter who requests the interpretation service * advance booking preferred * emergency service available

Tinnitus Support Group - Offered monthly to assist individuals with Tinnitus cope with everyday challenges * sharing of information and resources
