compassionate care and companionship to palliative and bereaved
individuals and families, recognizing and embracing their unique needs Share The Care Station for London and Middlesex County - provides information and support to families, assisting them in utilizing this concept and materials available, to lessen caregiver stress and provide respite care. Bereavement Support - Offers support programs that help caregiver and bereaved clients work through their emotions and continue their life journey Caregiver Support - Offers relief and emotional support for the caregiver Complementary Therapy Program - Provides therapies such as massage, Reiki, Reflexology, Therapeutic Touch, Healing Touch, Aroma Therapy and Integrated Energy Therapy offered by professional volunteers at Hospice Day Programs - Variety of palliative, caregiver and bereavement support programs for individuals living with a terminal illness and their families. Parents and Children Healing (PATCH) - An interactive grief support program for young children * provides distressed parents with the practical tools to help the child heal Support Service Training - Professional training for volunteers Volunteer Visiting Program - Professionally trained volunteer visitors offer emotional support and compassionate care for individual experiencing life-threatening illness or someone grieving the loss of a loved one | |||
