Seniors Home Visiting Program - Regular volunteer visits to older immigrant adults who find it difficult to leave the house and experience feelings of isolation

Seniors' Drop In - Companionship and information sessions on health and social issues

Seniors' WrapAround - Supports for older immigrant adults and francophone people who are living in private homes but have few community or social supports * personal advocacy

Tai Chi Classes for Seniors - Tai Chi classes for seniors for stress reduction and improved flexibility, strength and stability
