DescriptionNewcomer and minority settlement agency and global education resource centre * offers employment counselling, job search workshops, social support, advocacy and assistance in accessing local medical, education and social services, resettlement assistance, and volunteer matching program

Intercultural Education - Arranges community speakers on various issues related to cultures, countries and cross cultural communication by request * offers intercultural and diversity training workshops and presentations

Job Search Workshop for Newcomers - Job search program * clients learn together as a group then meet with a Job Search Workshop Facilitator for one-on-one assistance in developing resumes, cover letters, references and determining the next steps to securing employment

Language Assessment and Referral Services - Assessment of English language skills for settlement-based language training program

Settlement Services - Assistance for new immigrants or refugees to settle, adapt and integrate into London

Translation and Interpretation Services - Provides official translations in over 60 languages
