| Description | Offers programs specifically for immigrants, newcomers and refugees including settlement services and an employment support program Employment Support Program - Supports Ontario Works recipients, particularly immigrants, refugees and foreign trained professionals, with pre-employment support including: job search workshops, resumes, cover letters, and understanding the labour market * also provides support with translation and equivalency of foreign educational documents and career exploration Library Settlement Program - Provides information and referrals to newcomers, immigrants and refugees residing in Northeast London Newcomer Settlement Program - Offers support, information and orientation to newcomers and refugees regardless of status or time in Canada Settlement Workers in Schools Program - Settlement workers are housed in elementary and secondary schools that have high numbers of families new to Canada | |||
