Senior Widows and Widowers - 10-week educational and social opportunity for bereaved seniors 60 years and over

Accessible Seniors Aquatic Program - Class for seniors who have mobility concerns and need to exercise in a safe, closely supervised environment * all participants must have medical approval from their doctors and will be assessed by a physiotherapist * Wellness Pool, 184 Horton St, London

Lean on Me - A volunteer training program focusing on seniors with special needs

Acorns and Oak Trees - An intergenerational program matching seniors with children in a community setting

Educational Opportunities - Monthly topics of interest such as nutrition, driving, continence issues, laughter yoga, etc. * held at various locations in London

Your Anatomy - A 10 week program designed to help seniors gain knowledge of their bodies

Trailblazers - A weekly program for seniors living alone * includes guest speakers and social activities

LEAP
- A leisure education program taught by Therapeutic Recreation Specialists for seniors looking to be more active
 
Grey Matters
- An 8 week program that teaches brain health and memory strategies for those not diagnosed with dementia

- One-on one volunteer/peer taught instruction
