DescriptionEmergency shelter for women with or without children, who have decided to leave an abusive relationship or need respite.

Supports women experiencing physical, sexual, emotional, financial abuse and/or stalking * 7 bedrooms designed for shared living and families, and one accessible bedroom on the main floor * length of stay varies depending on the individual * child advocates are available to work with parents in shelter * emergency transportation to shelter is available for high risk situations * women are provided support with housing, legal process, income support; woman abuse education; safety planning; emotional support; individual counselling for women and children; safe school protocol for children; food and toiletries; and referrals to other agencies when appropriate
HoursAdministration: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm * evenings by appointment
Crisis Centre 24 hours daily
EligibilityAges: 16 year(s) and up
