Description & Services
DescriptionProvides brief, intensive, home and school based interventions * assist youth to successfully transition to high school by providing support and education to the youth and their family * educate youth peers regarding the challenges of ASD and be able to provide peer-mentoring support within the school and community 
HoursOffice Hours: Mon-Thu 8:30 am-4:30 pm * Fri 8:30 am-4:00 pm
EligibilityAges: 12 year(s) - 15 year(s) 
 
Youth 12-15 years with high functioning autism or asperger syndrome, enrolled in the Thames Valley District School Board or London District Catholic School Board * Services are available to youth residing in Middldesex, Oxford and Elgin Counties
