DescriptionAn outpatient community mental health center for children and youth and their families as well as for adults with developmental disabilities. 
 
OECYC Programs Offered: Individual and Family Counselling * Early Years Counselling * Crisis & Urgent Services Program * Day Treatment Program * STEPS Transition Classroom * Intensive Support Services * Family In-Home Solutions Service (FISS) * Autism Spectrum Disorder Youth Transition Support Program (ASD) * Adult Protective Service Program * Parents, Kids and Mother Goose * Youth Justice Program * Respite Program * Parenting Programs/Groups
