| Eligibility | May be available to low income individuals and families who are in arrears with Enbridge and Union Gas energy bills, who have recently received a disconnection notice, and whose personal circumstances make it difficult to pay the bills Gas must be in arrears * Canadian citizen, landed immigrant, refugee claimant status * bill must be in applicants name * applicants must have made attempts to pay the arrears | |||
