| Description | Services are available to PACT clients on a 24/7 basis; A community based program offered by Bluewater Health Mental Health Services, which provides treatment, rehabilitation and support services to individuals (from the age of 18-65) who suffer from a severe and chronic mental illness with psychotic features and have persistent symptoms not effectively remedied by available treatments. | |||
