DescriptionComprehensive range of crisis support * counselling * information and advocacy services * works towards the prevention and elimination of coercive sexual behaviour and ending women abuse and violence against women and children * 24 hour CRISIS LINE is available 7 days a week, answered by trained volunteers who provide callers with information, emotional support, non-directive counselling and accompaniment to hospitals and police 
 
COUNSELLING SERVICE - Agency counsellors provide individual and/or group counselling to survivors of sexual assault, sexual abuse, sexual harassment, childhood sexual abuse and incest at the Sarnia Office, Petrolia, Forest and Aboriginal Communities (Aamijiwnaang, Walpole Island and Kettle Point/Stoney Point) * services also available for men available 
 
PUBLIC EDUCATION - Speakers and films on topics such as sexual assault, date rape, incest, childhood sexual abuse, sexual harassment, safety and prevention tips etc. can be provided to community groups and schools. Resource material and a reference library are available at the office 
 
KNOWLEDGE IS POWER - Educational presentations using the risk reduction resource puzzle for both youth and teens * four focus sections, teach healthy self-esteem, boundaries, safety skills and Resource Manual/Parent Guide Booklets  
 
 
HoursOffice: Mon- Thu 9 am-5 pm * Fri 9 am-4 pm 
Crisis: Mon-Sun 24 hours
EligibilityAges: 16 year(s) and up 
 
Services available for women and men 
Educational presentations available for 4-12 years and 13 and over groups
ApplicationAn appointment with a counsellor will be arranged as soon as possible
