Must be able to sustain residence in future to assist. | |||

| Eligibility | May be available to low income individuals and families who are in arrears with Enbridge or Union Gas energy bills, who have recently received a disconnection notice, and whose personal circumstances make it difficult to pay the bills. Must fit under the LICO chart to qualify and be able to sustain payments for future. Must be an eviction or disconnection to receive assistance. | |||
