| Description | Provides accommodations and nursing care to residents of Lambton County and surrounding areas who are eligible under the regulations of the Ministry of Health and Long Term Care Act. Residents must apply through the Community Care Access Centre. Sumac Lodge offers medical services, activity programs, pastoral care, rehabilitation, physiotherapy, nursing service to their residents. Resident and Family Councils are in place. | |||
