DescriptionAssociation for persons experiencing an eating disorder * provides information, referral, intervention and treatment * reference library * speakers' bureau * seminars, workshops and research * information line for individuals and organizations * programs related to different phases of weight loss, including psycho-education, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), nutrition education workshops, relapse prevention, body image and after care groups * prevention programs include Next Door Neighbours Puppet Shows for children aged 4 - 9, on Body Based Harassment, Self Esteem Workshops for children aged 10 - 13, and Sizing Up the Media Presentations for high school and college age adults * other services include research programs in partnership with the University of Windsor Psychology Department, and Human Kinetics; library

EligibilityAges: 9 year(s) and up

ApplicationAssessment and referral completed by an intake counsellor; 
Central referral source to Specialized Eating Disorder Inpatient Programmes in the province.
