DescriptionAssessment and treatment of all individuals with an eating disorder are offered without age restriction.

Psycho-therapy and education is a 12 week group that educates individuals about causes, effects and effective treatments for eating disorders as well as nutrition education

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) level 1: offers a 10 week group that challenges thoughts and beliefs that maintain eating disorder behaviours

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) level 2: is a 20 week group that further challenges unhealthy thought patterns and beliefs that maintain eating disorder behaviours * Family based therapy is offered
HoursMon-Fri: 9 am-5 pm
EligibilityAges: 6 year(s) and up 
 
Persons with eating disorders, their family and friends
