Canadian Red Cross is dispatched by Windsor/Essex County Fire and Rescue Services, City of Windsor Social Services, Windsor Police, OPP and Amherstburg Police
Workers assess the needs of individuals or families at the site * provide lodging, clothing, food and personal items * conducts family reunification for up to 72 hours after an event * services are based on basic immediate needs only
