DescriptionOne of 12 provincial early intervention programs for children diagnosed as blind or with low vision * services include: family support and counseling, specialized intervention for the child and family * consultation to staff in early learning and care programs and education for parents and professionals * services are provided in the home and community
HoursAdmin: Mon-Fri 9 am-4:30 pm
EligibilityAges: 5 year(s) and under 
 
Children must have a medical diagnosis of blindness or low vision * children may be eligible for services from birth to grade one entry.
ApplicationReferrals can be received from parents or caregiver, physicians, ophthalmologist, optometrist * parent/legal guardian consent is required
