DescriptionCommunity-based non-residential centre for young men and women  
* seeks alternatives to criminal behaviour  
 
Program offers;  
* Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT) 
* Coping With Anger (Anger Management) 
* Skills Streaming Pro-Social Skills 
* Life Management Skills 
* Literacy, Tutoring, and Education 
* Employment Readiness and Job Skills 
* Substance Abuse Counselling 
* Healthy Relationships: A Violence Prevention Curriculum 
* Nurturing Skills for Teen Parents 
* hot meal/lunch provided to program participants

Additional InformationAgency Community Event 
"Say Yes To the Dress" Give Away Event: Held annually usually held in March or April of each year. 
* The hundreds of dresses are donated each year by generous community members, as well as dress shops and boutiques 
* Shoes and fancy clutches and purses are also usually donated, so many girls leave with a full outfit for their special occasion

Youth offenders placed on probation with a condition to attend the Centre program
Application* How to Access the Program 
A Probation Officer (Case Manager) must refer the youth to the program. The probation order may require attendance with a specific condition on the order naming the Attendance Centre, or, as a general condition of probation as it relates to counselling or any other program deemed suitable by the Probation Officer.
