DescriptionAccess centre to apply for Winter Warmth Fund, a one-time utility payment assistance program * grant is credited directly toward heating bill * offers workshops to educate consumers on how to conserve and better use energy within households * maximum assistance of $450 
HoursMon-Fri: 8:30 am-4:30 pm
EligibilityMay be available to low income individuals and families who are in arrears with Enbridge or Union Gas energy bills, who have recently received a disconnection notice, and whose personal circumstances make it difficult to pay the bills.

Require proof of age, income, expenses, threat of termination of services or proof of termination of services
