| Description | provides psychosocial rehabilitation services to adults with a serious mental illness during their recovery process * clients with dual diagnosis and concurrent disorders are also eligible for services * clients can access a variety of social, recreational, educational, vocational and peer support strategies both on site and in the community * youth group * provides support and education to family members under the family initiatives component of the program, individual support as needed * offers monthly support meetings, scheduled 12 week education programs to family members and a schedule of monthly activities | |||
