ApplicationShoe and boot program: request letter apply directly through school office * Letter will have instructions for ID necessary at Goodfellows
Food bank: Must show 2 pieces of personal ID with name, address and apartment unit, and current income statement
Holiday Food Baskets: Must provide 2 pieces of personal Identification, with name, address and apartment number, recent income statement,
