Recreation options include Tai Chi classes, Zumba Gold, fitness, silversmithing, shuffleboard, tap dancing, line dancing, arts and crafts, luncheons, cards, speakers, lectures * cafe offers hot lunches Mon-Fri for members and general public

Basic computer lessons, beginner and advanced Internet instruction * Internet access for members and general public * volunteer opportunities

Outreach services include information and referral, friendly visitation, Telephone Assurance Program (TAP), transportation services, lawn care and general home maintenance * foot care services available at various sites

Membership fee allows access to programs at both Centres * day passes are available for non-members * sponsoring the Centre Brick program - personalized bricks at entrance * income tax clinics in April only
