| Description | Centre offers customized, medically managed, cardiac rehabilitation program for people who have had a cardiac event such as bypass surgery, heart attacks, angioplasty or other cardiac problems * program is 6 mos in duration and consists of twice weekly exercise sessions plus 6 educational classes * individual counselling is available * staffed by physicians, a nurse practitioner, a nurse educator, a dietitian, a kinesiologist, a social worker and a pharmacist | |||
