DescriptionAssertive Community Treatment program (ACT) * provides treatment, rehabilitation and support to individuals suffering from a serious mental illness * administration and monitoring of psychotropic medications, crisis intervention, social learning therapies, illness management therapy, psychological support, etc
HoursMon- Fri: 8 am to 8 pm
Sat, Sun and Holidays: 8 am-4 pm
EligibilityAges: 18 year(s) and up 
 
Adults and families affected by serious mental illness; 
Service delivery is triaged through the Essex County ACCESS committee c/o Canadian Mental Health Association -Windsor/Essex Branch
ApplicationReceive referrals from hospitals, physician, social service agencies and families; Waiting period/list via Canadian Mental Health Association
