Dental Screenings: Windsor: Mon-Fri ,8:30 am-4:30 pm (closed 12 noon-1 pm)

EligibilityReproductive and Child Health: Information available to parents and caregivers of children birth to 6 years, child care providers, social service providers, health care providers and workplaces; 
Dental Health: 17 years and under, children/adolescents from families without dental coverage
ApplicationReproductive and Child Health: Breastfeeding Clinic by appointment, call via ext 1350; 
Dental Health: dental screening at the Health Unit or school is required to determine eligibility; Referrals accepted from social service agencies, schools, self-referral
