DescriptionMen's 30 day harm reduction day treatment program * up to 12 men per group * learn how to stop, reduce or better manage your drug or alcohol use * life skills training * relapse prevention * individual counselling * anger and stress management * varying levels of motivation to change behaviour, while waiting for residential treatment or post treatment and booster sessions, intake usually within 24 hours.

EligibilityAges: 19 year(s) and up 
 
Men with a drug or alcohol problem * currently experiencing legal problems related to substance abuse * homeless or having problems maintaining stable housing * waiting to get into a residential substance abuse treatment centre or having recently completed treatment * other mental health issues, concurrent disorders * currently involved in methadone treatment * have currently participated in detox
