Customer Care Centres: are "satellite city halls" that offer a number of municipal services within recreation centres in various wards of the city:

•Payments are accepted by Debit, Visa, Mastercard and cash.

Rec Express Cards:
The easy-to-use, reloadable smart cards make gift giving easy. Load the card with any dollar amount and let the receiver choose from the hundreds of programs offered by Parks and Recreation: swimming, sports, arts and culture, birthday parties, room rentals, skating, etc.
The cards never expire and are easily available at all community centres, pools and arenas. Rec Express Card
HoursCustomer Care Centres: The regular hours of operation (excluding summer and December holiday season) for the Customer Care Centres at Adie Knox, Forest Glade, Gino & Liz Marcus and Optimist (Excluding South Windsor Customer Care Centre) are as follows:
September to May
Mon-Thu: 9 am-8 pm
Fri: 9 am-5 pm
Sat: 9 am-1 pm.
Closed on Statutory Holidays
