DescriptionProfessional crisis workers provide immediate risk assessment, stabilization, safety planning, crisis follow-up and referral services through:

24 hr crisis telephone line

24 hr walk-in service available at Hotel-Dieu Grace Hospital Emergency Room

Mobile crisis response service monday through friday, 7am - 11pm Walk-in service at main office in Jeanne Mance Building during office hours

Situations may include substance abuse * feelings of intense sadness or depression * sleeping or eating problems * anxiety * thoughts of suicide or self harm * severe distress related to relationship issues * family problems * grief * job loss * financial problems * anger * aggression * symptoms of mental illness and more
