| Description | Consultative services for groups, organizations, businesses and individuals planning community and private special events, including rental of municipal facilities, road closures, parades, picnics, noise by-law waivers, portable staging systems, bleachers and other specialized equipment * venues include Riverfront Trail, Riverfront Festival Plaza, Riverfront Civic Terrace, Dieppe Gardens, Assumption Park, Odette Sculpture Park, Malden Park, picnic areas, Ojibway Park, Bert Weeks Memorial Gardens, Willistead Park, Alexander Park, Coventry Gardens, Sandpoint Beach, Ganatchio Trail, downtown Windsor Armouries, Charles Clark Square, Civic Esplanade City Hall Square, Jackson Park and other municipally owned parks and venues. Rec Express Cards: The easy-to-use, reloadable smart cards make gift giving easy. Load the card with any dollar amount and let the receiver choose from the hundreds of programs offered by Parks and Recreation: swimming, sports, arts and culture, birthday parties, room rentals, skating, etc. The cards never expire and are easily available at all community centres, pools and arenas.
