| Duties | Answer main phone line and direct calls to appropriate staff person or voicemail Perform light clerical duties as needed such as filing, stamping mail using postage machine, reviewing documents and making necessary changes, etc. Occasional date stamping and logging of mail delivered in person as well as distribution to appropriate staff person Accepting donations of money from public who walk-in Greet visitors and direct them to appropriate staff person | |||

| Dates and Times | Monday: (12 - 1 to cover lunch hour) Tuesday: (12 - 1 to cover lunch hour) Wednesday: (12 - 1 ; 2- 4:30 during staff meetings) Thursday: (12 - 1 to cover lunch hour) Friday: (12 - 1 to cover lunch hour) receptionist holidays during the summer 5 days 7 hours per day. Occasionaly for up to 7 hours with advance notice of 48 hours or more if applicable or on short notice to cover sick call. | |||
